Justin Mabardi is a television executive, multi-camera director, and creative director with extensive experience in producing and developing live stage shows, live television shows, and television formats worldwide. He is currently the Co-Executive Producer and Creative Director for "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC/Disney+), the series Creative Director/Producer for "American Idol" (ABC), and the Series Creative Director (Sr. Supervising Producer) for "The Masked Singer" (FOX).

Currently, Justin is in pre-production on season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” and recently finished production on season 12 of "The Masked Singer" and season 7 of "American Idol."

In 2023, Justin completed production on season 32 of "Dancing With the Stars" and was the Co-Executive Producer for the Dubai Expo's Headline Talent Series. He also creative directed portions of the Grand Opening of Atlantis The Royal for Condé Nast in Dubai.

As a director, Justin recently directed segments of the premiere opening number for "Dancing With the Stars" along with the series idents. He directed Jimmy Fallon’s series "Clash of the Cover Bands" for UTAS/NBC & E!, and performances for Zedd, Rezz, PVRIS & Grabbitz at the Valorant Championships in Berlin for Riot Games. He has also directed several award shows and sports events. In 2020, he directed segments of "World of Dance" and "The Titan Games" through NBC's Alternative Directors Program.

His creative direction has been featured on numerous network television shows worldwide, including "The Tonight Show," "Alter Ego," "The Four," "Bring the Funny," "World's Got Talent," "SNL," and "The Today Show." He produced six seasons of live performances on "America's Got Talent" as Supervising Producer. Additionally, he regularly develops new television formats, most recently for Westbrook Studios, Village Roadshow, and Endemol Shine.

Justin has created, produced and directed performances for a wide array of artists, including Katy Perry, Camila Cabello, Becky G, Meghan Trainor, Jenifer Lewis, Terence Blanchard, Jon Bon Jovi, Nick Fradiani, Jason Mraz, New Kids On The Block, Hootie & The Blowfish, Cece Winans, James Bay, Seal, Cody Johnson, Bishop Briggs, Scotty McCreery, Just Sam, Paul Russell, Teddy Swims, Lauren Spencer Smith, Willow, Cher, Smokey Robinson, Nelly, Jimmie Allen, Pitbull, Melanie C., Ne-Yo, Derek Hough, Adam Lambert, Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, French Montana, Flo Rida, Rascal Flatts, Cynthia Erivo, Zhavia, Il Divo, One Republic, ZEDD, PVRIS, Grabbitz, Rezz, Kun (蔡徐坤), Chris Lee (李宇春), Coco Lee (李玟), and Jackie Evancho.

In addition, Justin has twenty years of experience in theatrical associate directing, production supervision, and professional stage management. He led teams for Franco Dragone for ten years, worked on five shows for the international musical sensation Il Divo, and contributed to several Broadway shows and tours.
